Wanda A. Balukas, age 63, passed on Monday, August 28, 2023.
She was born July 15, 1960; a daughter of Anna R. Moore Mull of Cecil Twp. and the late David J. Mull.
Wanda loved to paint and watch game shows, especially the Wheel of Fortune. She loved God, and brought joy to the people that knew her with her kind warm heart.
Surviving are two sons, Michael Tharp of Cecil Twp., and Matthew (Laura) Tharp of McDonald; a sister Tracey Maleski of Cecil Twp.; five grandchildren Matthew, Noah, Ryan and Kaylee Tharp and Aria Engel.
Deceased is a son Patrick Engel.
