Vicki “Sis” Donaldson, 59, of McDonald, died Sunday, July 19, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born September 4, 1955 in Pittsburgh, the daughter of Dolores (Buncie) Cook of McDonald and the late Richard Cook.
Mrs. Donaldson was a homemaker and a 1973 graduate of Fort Cherry High School.
She was a member of the Robinson Presbyterian Church, Bulger and president of the local Women’s Hook League for many years.
Mrs. Donaldson was an avid Harley Davidson rider and loved animals. She most cherished time spent with her family and friends.
On September 13, 1975, she married Jerry Donaldson, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Kairy (husband Bill) Donaldson-Moss of Midway and LeAnn (husband Damien) Heffern of McDonald; two grandchildren, Alyssa Robinson and Andrew Moss; a brother, Richard Cook of McDonald; several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Friends will be received from 2 – 4 and from 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Nation Funeral Home, Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 24, 2015 with Rev. Pat Schaefer, pastor of Robinson Presbyterian Church, officiating.
