Sandra Lynn (Ruther) Laughlin

Sandra Lynn “Sandy” Laughlin, 71, of Cecil Township died Friday, January 1, 2021 at Victoria Manor of Oakdale.

She was born September 14, 1949 in Milwaukee, WI; the daughter of the late Elmer and Arline (Mueller) Rother.

Sandy was a marketing associate for Cutler Hammer before her retirement.

On October 24, 1998, she married Ronald Laughlin, who survives.

Also surviving are a step daughter, Rochele (James) Reitlinger of Cecil; two sisters, Susan (Mark) Mertes of Thorton, CO and Barbara (Mike) Klug of Wind Point, WI; two grandchildren, Elena and Mia Reitlinger; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are two brothers, Elmer (Lesa) Rother and Ronald (Jan) Rother.
