Ruby Jane Robertson

Ruby Jane Robertson age 76, of McDonald, passed Wednesday, July 14, 2021.

She was born November 27, 1944 in South Fayette Twp.; a daughter of William and Ruth Bentrem Rigert.

Ruby was a graduate of South Fayette High School class of 1962. She worked at Walmart as an Associate in Robinson Twp. for 17 years.

On July 11, 1970 she married, John Andrew Robertson, who survives.

Mrs. Robertson attended Cross Connections Alliance Church in McDonald. She enjoyed sewing and gardening.

Surviving are three children, Scot (Jen) Robertson of IL, Greg (Megan) Robertson of NC, and Gayle (Michael) Jesse of Burgettstown; two sisters, Ruth Ann Porter of Burgettstown and Rita Taborski of McDonald; six grandchildren, Alex Jesse, Addie, Lyla, Shelby, Andrew and Tyler Robertson.

Family will receive friends on Friday from 6 to 8 PM at Nation Funeral Home Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, 15057. Services will take place Saturday July 17, 2021 at 11:00 AM in Cross Connections Alliance Church, 210 Valley St. McDonald, PA. Interment will follow in Robinson Run Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Cross Connections Alliance Church.
