Rita M. (Heinen) Robson

Rita M. Robson, 79, of McDonald, died Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Canonsburg Hospital.
She was born March 7, 1935 in Youngstown, OH, a daughter of the late Edward and Margaret (Vermillion) Heinen.
Mrs. Robson worked as a supply clerk for the Oakdale Commissary for 19 years before retiring in 1997.
She enjoyed crocheting and crafting and worked at craft shows for her daughter’s business, Wolf Magik Crafts. She liked sitting and watching the birds or looking for shapes made by the clouds in the sky.
On December 10, 1956, she married Lawrence “Larry” Robson, who died May 6, 2008.
Surviving are a daughter, Theresa Ann (Stephen) Robson Rauch of McDonald; a son, Michael Anthony (Tracy) Robson of Enon Valley; an adopted daughter, Lorie Klie of Chippewa; a sister, Janet (Paul) Kunkle of Florida; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a sister, Patricia Lander.
Friends will be received from 2 – 4 and from 6 – 8 p.m. Monday at Nation Funeral Home, Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Catherine Peternel officiating. Burial will follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
