Phyllis A. Robak , 65, of McDonald, died, Friday February 1, 2013.
She was born August 22, 1947 in Washington a daughter of Charles Chabassol and Frances Katalsky Dorisio.
Mrs Roback was a LPN for Manor Care in Greentree where she worked for ten years. She enjoyed Bingo and traveling with her family.
Surviving are two daughters Melissa Balestino of Fenelton and Lori (James) Jablonski of Oakdale; three grandchildren, James and Jordan Jablonski and Dru Balestino .
Friends will be received Tuesday February 5, from 2-4 and 6-8pm the time of service at Nation Funeral Home Inc. 220 E. Lincoln Ave. McDonald, PA. 15057. Memorial contributions can be made to the Hospice Care of the Washington Hospital 155 Wilson Ave. Washington, Pa 15301.
