Pauline L. (Pierrard) Navoski

January 4, 1925 — February 27, 2013

Pauline L. Navoski, 88, of McDonald, died Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at her home.

She was born January 4, 1925 in Midway, a daughter of the late Prosper Joseph and Ida Doumont Pierrard.

Mrs. Navoski was a 1942 graduate of Midway High School.  She owned P.J. Ceramics when it was located in Midway and McDonald.

She was a member of Center Presbyterian Church, Midway.  She loved to bake and cook for her family which was most important in her life and she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

On May 3, 1947, she married William Navoski, who died January 28, 2010.

Surviving are two daughters, Paula D. (Edward) Salvini of Midway and Jacqueline L. (Paul) Stupy of Canonsburg; four grandchildren, Alan (Michele) Salvini, Lesley (Dale) Baird, William (Susan) Reed and Charles (Tracy) Reed, Jr.; and seven great grandchildren, Anthony Reed, Jacob Baird, Aaron Baird, Emily Reed, Dominic Salvini, Giuliana Salvini and Jude Reed.

Deceased are a sister, Rosine Pierrard; a brother, Charles Pierrard; and a grandchild, Christina Salvini.

Friends will be received from 2 – 4 and from 6 – 8 pm Saturday and from 12 – 4 and from 6 – 8 pm Sunday at Nation Funeral Home, Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, where services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, March 4 with Rev. Brian Kilbert, pastor of Center Presbyterian Church, Midway, officiating.  Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.  The family suggests memorial donations be made to Center U.P.
