Paul Harrington Sr. 87, of Burgettstown, passed away at his home on Friday, April 13, 2018.
He was born August 3, 1930; a son of Chester and Mary Buza Harrington.
Paul was a graduate of Cecil High school. He retired from J&L Steel mill in Aliquippa; served in the navy from 1944-1955 during the Korean War at the battle of Inchon.
In 1953 he married Dolores Kotar who died in 1999. They were married 46 years and was the love of his life.
Surviving are three sons Paul Harrington Jr., Blaine (Toni) Harrington and Wesley (Mary) Harrington; seven grandchildren, Tara Amic, Lyndsey Jordan, Michael Harrington, Ashley Platek, Zachary Harrington, Katie and Natalie Harrington; six great- grandchildren, Makenzie, Gabrielle, Calista Amic, Braden, Bodi Jordan and Analia Harrington; three sisters Mary Shumate, Ruth Petras and Lois Selva.
Services were private and under the direction of Nation Funeral Home Inc. 218 E. Lincoln Ave. McDonald, PA. 15057. Interment took place in Forest Lawn in McMurray.
