Michael B. Tidd, 47, of McDonald, died Monday, April 13, 2015 at his home.
He was born October 18, 1967 in Baltimore, MD, a son of the late Lauren A. and Anna Marie (Karavadas) Tidd.
Mr. Tidd held a Bachelor’s degree from Theil College. He had worked as a trauma counselor for Crisis Intervention.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Gulf war and had been stationed in Saudi Arabia.
Surviving are a daughter, Hannah Renae Tidd at home; a son, Stephen Evan Tidd at home; and a brother, Trevor Justin Tidd of Pittsburgh.
Friends will be received from 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 2 – 4 and from 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday at Nation Funeral Home, Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday from 1 st United Methodist Church, McDonald with Rev. Bill Hastings officiating. Burial will follow in National Cemetery Of The Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
