Linda L. (Nitkulinich) Wasik

Linda L. Wasik, 54, of McDonald, died Sunday, February 15, 2015 at West Penn Hospital of Pittsburgh.
She was born August 10, 1960 in Ambridge, a daughter of the late Michael and Dorthea (Hiller) Nitkulinich.
Ms. Wasik was a 1978 graduate of Ambridge High School and the Wilma Boyd Career School in Pittsburgh.
She was a Secretary Proof Reader for Graphics Form in Pittsburgh for 7 years before beginning her family.
Mrs. Wasik was an avid hockey fan, but her love and care for her children was foremost in her heart.
Suirviving are two sons, Robert K. (Nikki) Wasik, Jr. of Canonsburg and Joseph R. Wasik of McDonald; a daughter, Leah L. Wasik of McDonald; a sister, Michele (Steven) Winters of Elwood City; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a brother, Jack Hiller.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, at Nation Funeral Home, Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, where services will be held with Rev. Justin Amsler officiating. Entombment will follow in Woodruff Memorial Park, Washington. The family suggests memorials be made to McDonald Volunteer Fire Department, N. McDonald St., McDonald, PA 15057.
