Joseph Lee Forrester Sr.

Joseph Lee Forrester Sr. age 69, of Oakdale, passed on Thursday, May 23, 2024.
He was born February 20, 1955 in Steubenville, OH; a son of Edmond and Helen Marie Bowland Forrester.
Mr. Forrester worked for Unis Demolition in Aliquippa for over 15 years.
On July 19, 1972 he married Susan J. Faingnaert who survives.
Joseph loved going to auctions and flea markets, where he would look for antiques to buy and then re-sale them. He was a big fan of all three Pittsburgh sports teams and he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Surviving are three children, Joseph Lee Forrester Jr. of Carnegie, Robert (Kelly Phillips) Glenn Forrester of Bulger, and Glenda (Brian) Semerod of McDonald; three brothers, Richard Forrester of Imperial, Theodore “Ted” Forrester of Burgettstown, and Ronald Forrester of Imperial; two sisters, Janet Pace of Bulger and Betty Beck of Slovan; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter Angela Forrester; three brothers, Charles, Louis and Gary Forrester; two sisters Sandy Roby and Beverly Forrester, and a grandson Eric Forrester.
A Memorial Gathering will take place on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 from 2-4PM at Graff-Nation Funeral and Cremation Services LLC. 220 E. Lincoln Ave. McDonald, PA. 15057. A memorial service will immediately follow the gathering at 4PM on Tuesday.
