George started his contracting business in 1977 where his reputation for quality became his trademark. In his spare time he enjoyed working on old British cars, particularly, Jaguar XKEs, this became his specialty.

He is survived by his loving sister Bonnie Broyles, and many nieces and nephews. The farm became the family farm where George produced award-winning hay.

George's greatest joy was spending time with his family. His strongest gift was mentoring. He never let an opportunity go by, whether hands on, life lessons or just a listening ear, he had time for those who needed him. George had a heart of gold for every stray, unwanted and abused animal. Each one became part of the "Pack"!
