Frank Lesneski Sr., 83, of McDonald, Cecil Township, died Thursday, January 29 2015.
He was born June 1, 1931 in Cuddy, a son of the late Walter Lesneski Sr. and Anna Kolodiej Lesneski Slimick.
Mr. Lesneski served in the United States Army. He was an engineer for Allegheny County public works for over 20 years.
On August 11, 1952, he married Betty Jean “Dolly” Garcia, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Lynn (Warren) Clark of Mt. Pleasant Township; two sons, David (Jo- Ellen) Lesneski of McDonald and Brian Lesneski of Burgettstown; a brother, John Slimick of Hankey Farms; two sisters, Rose Depe of Bridgeville and Eleanor Dyga of Mt Lebanon; twelve grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Frank Lesneski; two daughters, Marian Lesneski and Helene Cooper; a sister, Helen Mercer; and two brothers, Walter and Eddie Lesneski.
Friends will be received Monday, February 2, 2015 from 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Nation Funeral Home Inc. 220 E. Lincoln Ave. McDonald, where a Blessing Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 3, 2015.
