Edward Thomas Salmon, 75, of Heidelberg died Thursday, June 11, 2020 in St. Clair Memorial Hospital, Mt. Lebanon.
He was born September 16, 1944 in Canonsburg; a son of the late Edward and Helen (Kupstus) Salmon.
Mr. Salmon worked as a bus driver for the Port Authority for 25 years, retiring in 2003.
He enjoyed gambling in Weirton and occasionally at the Meadows. He loved spending holidays with the family, and Sunday dinner at his sister-in-law's Betty. He especially enjoyed vacations to Wildwood, NJ with all his nieces and nephews.
Surviving are a sister, Nancy (Ray) Abbott of Midway; a sister-in-law, Betty (the late Robert) Salmon; four nieces and nephews, Donna Eiler, Kim Evans, Jody Nichols and Ray Abbott; and five great nieces and nephews, Christina and Alexa Floyd, and Ryan, Rachel and Amanda Eiler.
Deceased are two brothers, John and Robert Salmon.
Arrangements were private and entrusted to Nation Funeral Home, Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald. Memorial donations are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 or to Humane Society, 1101 Western Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15233.
