Dorothy Mae Donovall age 93, formally of Burgettstown, passed Tuesday, May 11, 2021.
She was born September 9, 1927 in McDonald; a daughter of Thomas James and Ethel Mae Porter Bruce.
Mrs. Donovall was a member of Eldersville United Methodist Church. She enjoyed crossword and jigsaw puzzles, polka dances, watching her Pittsburgh Pirates, reading her Bible daily, flowers and watching the birds eat at her feeder.
Surviving are three children, Leo Richard (Karen) Donovall Jr. of Warren, PA., David Allen (Cindy) Donovall of Weirton, and Cheryl (Michael) Ann Wilt of Cadiz, OH; three brothers, Ronald Bruce of Aliquippa, James and Howard Bruce both of McDonald; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers Thomas J., Robert, Donald and William Bruce and two grandchildren.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 6-8PM at Nation Funeral Home Inc. 220 E. Lincoln Ave. McDonald, PA. 15057; where services will take place on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 1:30PM. Interment will follow in Robinson Run Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Eldersville United Methodist Church 15 Church St. Burgettstown, PA., or a charity of one’s choice.
