Doris (Campbell) Wolfe

October 15, 1954 — May 3, 2016

Doris Wolfe, 61, of Oakdale, died Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at West Penn Hospital of Pittsburgh.

She was born October 15, 1954 in Sewickley, a daughter of the late Clark and Florence (Sinhuber) Campbell.

Mrs. Wolfe was a homemaker.

She was a member of the Jefferson Lanes Bowling League in Houston and loved Bingo. Her passion, however, was for the black and gold of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

On June 7, 1971, she married Paul Edward Wolfe, who survives.

Also surviving are a son, Paul C. (Suzanne) Wolfe of Export;  three sisters, Mary Lander of Midway, Ruth Mitchell of Canonsburg and Florence McCoy of Burgettstown; three brothers, Clark Campbell of Washington, Paul Campbell of Houston and Warren Campbell of Canonsburg; a step-sister, Donna Cianci of Washington; and two grandchildren, Brandon P. and Tyler D. Wolfe.

Friends will be received from 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday and from 2 – 4 and from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday at Nation Funeral Home, Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, where services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 7, 2016 with Rev. Ben Robinson, pastor of Midway Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Spring Cemetery, Canonsburg. The family suggests memorials be made to American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15205-4620.
