Charlotte (Schwab) Giles

Charlotte Schwab Giles, 83, of McDonald, the sweetest woman in the world, died on April 28, 2015.
She was born December 29, 1931 in Joffre, a daughter of the late Sterling and Lillian (Plance) Schwab.
Mrs. Giles was a nurse’s aide helping the sick and elderly; she had the heart of an angel. She also worked at the former Fatty Gatty Restaurant.
She enjoyed her dogs and loved to listen to the pirates. She loved her granddaughters, loved spaghetti and raised Peek-a-Poo dogs.
Her husband, George William Giles died on November 10, 1973.
Surviving are a son, Jeffrey A. Giles of Cecil; and two granddaughters, Madison Nicole and Morgan Taylor Giles.
Deceased are two sisters, Dorothy King and Marlene Schwab.
Friends will be received from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday at Nation Funeral Home, Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, where services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 2 with Rev. Gary Chorpenning of Venice Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Robinson Run Cemetery, McDonald.
