Charles "Bimbo" J. Foley Sr.

Charles J. “Bimbo” Foley Sr., age 67, of Bulger, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 in the comforts of his home on the family farm surrounded by his loved ones.

He was born September 4, 1956; a son of Louis “Put” Foley II and Betty Pershina Foley, who survives.

Charles was a heavy equipment operator for many years. He worked for Aloe Coal Company in McDonald and Wagner Construction in Oakdale. He then helped take care of his family’s farm even into retirement.

Charles loved hunting, fishing, working on the farm and spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving is a son Charles J. Foley Jr. of Bulger; his lifelong companion Loretta “Lorie” Redman of Bulger five siblings, Elizabeth Borovich of McDonald, Robert Foley of Bulger, Diana Bock of Bulger, Susan Foley of Allison Park, and David Foley of Bulger; three grandchildren, Jayda Ann, Joseph, and Caiden Stewart.

Deceased are a daughter, Christina Marie Foley, and two brothers, Louis Putnam, and Wayne M. Foley.

A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Robinson Church, 521 Church Lane, Bulger, PA.  15019. at 11:00AM.
