Charles D. “Popz” Zombeck Sr.

Charles D. Zombeck Sr. age 71, of McDonald, passed December 16, 2021.

He was born October 8, 1950 in Pittsburgh; a son of Joseph and Ethel Adams Zombeck.

Mr. Zombeck worked for Universal Steel in Bridgeville for over 10yrs. He then worked for Robinson Twp. road department.

Surviving is his wife, Betty Cooper of McDonald; three children, Charles “Chuck” Zombeck of McDonald, Fawn Bailey of Kentucky, and Shawn Zombeck of McDonald; five brothers, Ricky, Matt, Larry, Randy and Al Zombeck; a sister, Barbara Dunn; seven grandchildren

Deceased are four brothers Denny, Timmy, Stanley and Joe “Fudgie” Zombeck; two sisters, Frannie Stone and Jannie DeJohn.

A Memorial Gathering will take place on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 6-8PM at Nation Funeral Home Inc. 220 E. Lincoln Ave McDonald, PA. 15057.
