Carole K. (Kirk) Soubie

Carole K. Soubie, 71, of Conneaut Lake died Sunday, August 27, 2017 in Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh.

She was born June 30, 1946 in Oakdale a daughter of the late Lloyd and Wilma (Cadoul) Kirk.

Mrs. Soubie was a graduate of West Allegheny High School and the former Duff’s Busines School, Pittsburgh.

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Soubie was a member of the Linesville V.F.W. Auxiliary and St. Phillips Church, Linesville. She enjoyed country music, liked going to the casino, and loved traveling with her husband and family.

In 1968, she married William Norton, who died in 1978. On October 2, 1982, she married Ronald L. Soubie, who survives.

Also surviving are a son, Matthew K. Norton of Coraopolis; a sister, Terri (John) Watson of McDonald; a brother-in-law, James Martin of Conneaut Lake; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Deceased are a son, Michael William Norton; a brother, Dale Kirk; and a sister, Kathi Martin.

Friends will be received from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Nation Funeral Home, Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, where a blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday.
