Aaron River Herriott, 18, of Bulger, died Friday, May 11, 2012.
He was born May 5, 1994 in Washington, the son of Christina L. Carter Herriott.
Mr. Herriott was a Senior at Burgettstown High School and attended Western Area Vo Tech in Houston, studying Auto Mechanics. On February 22, 2012, he placed 2nd with Chris Kelly in the C.C.A.C. Western PA Automotive Competition.
He worked part time at Pepboys in Robinson Township and at Gianni’s Pizza in Cecil.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Faith Herriott at home; two brothers, Elijah and Dalton Herriott, both at home; a grandmother, Margaret Claire of Pittsburgh; a great grandmother, Mary Dewey of Midway; four uncles, W. Denny (Jayne) Carter of W. Alexander, David D. (Judy) Carter of McDonald, Ryan Herriott of Canonsburg and Travis Herriott of New Eagle; an aunt, Barb (Walter Lancaster) Saville of McDonald; and his father, Randy Herriott of North Carolina.
Deceased is a brother, Brandon Herriott, who died in 2006.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and from 6-9 p.m. Monday at Nation Funeral Home, Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 15 with the Rev. Doug Reinard, pastor of Hickory Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Prospect Cemetery, Hickory. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made on behalf of the family to Nation Funeral Home, 218 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, PA 15057.
